Birthday Party Venue & Event FAQ
You can view all of our birthday party venue packages and conveniently book your birthday party online at route7entertainment.com. If you need to speak to someone regarding the
event or would like to book over the phone, our staff will take down your information and our special events department will be glad to assist you as soon as possible.
We have a variety of birthday party packages that offer different attraction options. All
packages include a birthday shirt for the birthday kid with a $10 arcade play card, 2
pizzas, unlimited refills, an hour in the private party room, and 2 phenomenal party
hosts to help make it an awesome time! All of our packages include 8 people, and the
birthday kid is free. If you need to add on more guests, you’re welcome to do so! The
additional price-per-head is dependent on the package you choose.
During this time, your party hosts will run the show! They’ll help serve pizza and drinks, make sure your birthday guest of honor and their guests are having an awesome time, and keep things moving! Your party host is there to help you. Let them know what you would like to do, and they’ll be able to provide the best experience for your party!
All parties include one hour in the private room to kick off the party followed by
additional time in the facility on our attractions. Plan on 3 hours from start to finish.
We offer parties 7 days a week! Please refer to seasonal hours and staff for availability.
Absolutely! We can add on as much pizza, wings, and soft drink pitchers as you need.
Depending on other existing reservations, additional room hours may be available for an
additional cost.
We don’t allow outside food/beverages in our facility; however, you’re welcome to bring in a birthday cake or cupcakes as an exception to this policy!
Of course! If your birthday kid has a favorite character/theme they would like, you can
certainly bring in your own decorations (as long as it’s not wall decorations). If not, we
decorate for you with our standard racing style red, black, and white checkered décor.
Your party hosts will be glad to help you add on any additional attractions during your party!
No. When you book your party, we take a 50% deposit and the remaining balance is
paid at the party.
In order to maximize your party time and help us prepare to host the best birthday party
ever, we’ll collect some information in advance and provide you with a pre-party
checklist. Please have your checklist completed no less than 2 days prior to your party.
We understand circumstances can change. With that in mind, our cancellation policy is
as follows. Cancellations 7 days from the reserved party/event date has two options:
1. Transfer the deposit to a new date if available.
2. Receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
